By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that he was recruited as Shop Supervisor on contract basis, by the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC) and was transferred to various places in Chengalpet District and according to him, he has performed his work to the utmost satisfaction of the superior Officers. The petitioner would further state that during the year 2013, he was transferred to Shop No.4436 at Chengalpet District and on his consent, he was transferred from Shop No.4439 to Shop No.4036 and the fourth respondent has passed an order appointing the petitioner as Incharge Supervisor in respect of Shop No.4307, without his consent. 3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that since https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

he is in charge of two shops and the shop, in which, he has been put to additional charge, is far away from the other shop, he is finding it difficult to maintain accounts and comply with the other formalities and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 22.7.2015, to the first respondent praying for relieving him of additional charge of Shop No.4307, and allowing him to work in Shop No.4036 at Kancheepuram and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.7.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
