Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to to direct 2nd to 4th respondents to issue hall ticket to the petitioner and permit the petitioner to appear for the Physiology and Biochemistry examination scheduled to begin from 16.6.2017 in WMP.No.15900/17 in WP.No.14654/17 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.PRAKASH SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.RRN LEGAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.P.RAMAN, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent and of Mr.STALIN ABHIMANYA, Advocate on behalf of the 2 & 3 respondents the court made the following order:-

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second and the fourth respondents to issue hall ticket to the petitioner and permit the petitioner to appear for the physiology and Biochemistry examination scheduled to begin from 16.06.2017, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

3. Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

4. Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing the petitioner and the learned counsel who accepts notice for the respondents.

5. It is stated by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents that the examinations are postponed and further date of the examinations are not notified yet. Hence, the seeking direction to the second and the fourth respondents to issue hall ticket to the petitioner and permit him to appear for the examination scheduled to be held on 16.06.2017 does not arise. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
