(Order of the court was made by J.Nisha Banu, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to take further action in File C.C.No.13598/22/46/2022 dated 12.10.2022 in accordance with law, by considering the complaint of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2022 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a senior citizen and there was a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner's son and his wife, who is arrayed as the fourth respondent herein and due to the same, the respondent police had threatened the petitioner to settle his properties and a huge amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One crore) to the fourth Page No.2 of 4

respondent, for which, the petitioner was harassed by the respondents 2 to 4. Complaining the same, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the first respondent, which has been numbered as C.C.No.13598/22/46/2022 dated 12.10.2022.

3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and he wanted the above complaint to be disposed of by the first respondent within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the age of the petitioner, without adverting into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint filed by the petitioner in File C.C.No.13598/22/46/2022 dated 12.10.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
