These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.5(b) and to extend the time executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.4544 of 2024 on 18.03.2024

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.856 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready and on such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem may hand it over to the defacto complainant.

4.Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner for executing the sureties, from the date on which the order copy made ready.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
