By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue relationship certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2012. 4.According to the petitioner, one of his close relatives has been granted 'Scheduled Tribes' community certificate that he belongs to 'Kurumans' community. On that basis, the petitioner has applied for community certificate for his children and also filed an affidavit explaining the relationship by giving genealogy chart. 5.Though the petitioner has stated that his relative Shivaraj was given a certificate that he belongs to 'schedule tribe', copy of the said certificate has not been produced. In such circumstances, no positive direction can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition.

6.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation dated 12.10.2012, before the authorities concerned. No costs. Sd/- Asst. Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar.
