Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. An endorsement was also made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to that effect.

Recording the said statement and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
