O R D E R

This writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.1.2020 for issuance of patta to the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr. E. Balamurugane, learned Spl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the 2nd respondent and the date of enquiry has been fixed on 5.10.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already fixed the date of enquiry , there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
