This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.1867 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent police and file the final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The complaint is of the year 2012 and investigation is still in progress. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
