Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4502 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020 dated 23.07.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Tirupattur Taluk Police Station thrice a day namely morning at 10.30 A.M., Noon at 2.30 P.M. and evening at 6.30 P.M., until further orders.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4502 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020 on 23.07.2020 to report before the Tirupattur Taluk Police Station thrice a day namely morning at 10.30 A.M., Noon at 2.30 P.M., and evening at 6.30 P.M., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.4502 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020 on 23.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4502 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020 on 23.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
