O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.125 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Krishnagiri, and to transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Salem.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection in allowing the prayer of the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of O.P.No.125 of 2019 to the file of the Family Court, Salem.

3. Recording the above said submission, O.P.No.125 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Family Court, Krishnagiri, and consequently, transferred to the file of the learned Family Court, Salem. On such transfer, the learned Family Court, Salem, shall dispose of the same in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.10400 of 2019 is closed.
