[ Respondents] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass order on petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2017 and further forbearing the 2nd respondent, till such order from disturbing the petitioner's peaceful possession of the land and premises, situated at R.Pudhupatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, comprised in New Survey No.262-13, old S.No.262, measuring an extent of 990 Sq.ft.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2017 and forbearing the 2nd respondent from disturbing the petitioner's peaceful possession of the land and premises, situated at R.Pudhupatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, comprised in New Survey No.262-13, old S.No.262, measuring an extent of 990 Sq.ft.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2017, the second respondent has not passed any orders so far.

3. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, the learned Government takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on the representation, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2017 and after conducting enquiry, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
