The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to take adequate action by invoking the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachments Act, 1905. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that Section 7 notice has already been issued and the process will be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
