In all these petitions, the petitioners seek relaxation in the condition (ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.A.Nos.771, 772 & 1001 of 2022 on 12.12.2023, that the appellants shall appear and sign before the respondent every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and before the Trial Court on all hearing dates until further orders."

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the appellants have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the appellants herein are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following order:- Page No.1/3

The condition (ii) insofar as it relates to the direction to the appellants to appear and sign before the respondent every Monday at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed.
