This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 20.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16839 of 2022 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station daily Morning at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily Evening at 6.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
