Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from removing or disturbing the digital/sign board erected in petitioner's private premises at 3rd floor, Door No.190, Kamarajar Salai, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004 except under due process of Law.

Heard Mr.S.Kumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from removing or disturbing the digital/sign board erected in petitioner's private premises at 3rd floor, Door No.190, Kamarajar Salai, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004.

3. The Writ Petition was entertained since at that point of time, W.P.No.20797 of 2015 was pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench. The said Writ Petition having been disposed of on 03.09.2015 itself, the question of granting any orders in this Writ Petition does not arise. However, if the petitioner is entitled to any of the observations made in the said decision of Hon'ble Division Bench, the same shall accrue to the petitioner.

4. With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
