O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/husband to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/wife submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the file of Family Court, Chennai and he has made an endorsement to that effect. He also prayed for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2015.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4.In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Chennai. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2015 to the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Family Court, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of the bundle. 5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
