Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.5 of 2015 has already been registered under Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, 1997 and the petitioner is added as witness. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
