This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.20194 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22732 of 2022 by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.125 of 2023, pending trial on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagapattinam. He also submitted that the case now stands posted for appearance of the accused on 09.06.2023.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.20194 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22732 of 2022 vide order dated 05.01.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagapattinam, in connection with C.C.No.125 of 2023, on 09.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
