This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15339 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 11625 of 2023 on 27.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
