JUDGMENT
In this case, in spite of repeated efforts, the respondent was not served. Under the said circumstances, this Court had passed orders earlier, directing the appellant to find out the correct address, so that the service may be effected. When the matter is adjourned for the same, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is no instructions on 1/3
behalf of the appellant in that regard and therefore, the notice could not be served.
2. It can be seen that the C.C is of the year 2012 and the judgment is of the year 2013. The appellant/complainant is not giving any instructions to the learned counsel, so that the matter can be proceeded further. In view thereof, the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant that there is no instructions is recorded and the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
