The Writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent, cancelling the election to the post of Office Bearers of the 3rd respondent Society.

2.It is stated that the term of office of the persons elected to the Board of 3rd respondent Society is already over. Therefore the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.
