Crl.M.P.No.6294 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22498 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22498 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22498 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
