Department, dated 24.08.1992 with effect from 01.08.1992.

O R D E R

Shri.P.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-Association, seeks permission of this Bench to withdraw the Writ Petition. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement (as quoted infra) on the reverse of this Writ Petition today:- "Since the petitioners are getting the benefits after the file of this Writ Petition, recording the same, they may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition."

Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
