This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2021.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents would submit that they have not received any complaint. Hence, this petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submissions made by learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
