Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, on instruction, states that in the absence of interim order staying the impugned order of transfer, the same has been given effect and the Petitioner was subsequently transferred twice. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
