ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7847 of 2021 was already dismissed by this Court on 26.04.2021 after considering the merits of the case. This Court does not find any change in circumstances to entertain this petition.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) brought to the notice of this Court that almost all the witnesses have been examined in this case and only two more witnesses are to be examined. Learned counsel therefore submitted that considering the past conduct of the petitioner, he does not deserve to be considered for bail.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu to complete https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.70 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
