Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records culminating in the order of suspension dated 01.05.2015 bearing its Memo.No.PR.308/AdmI./A.4/F.DV&AC SUS/2015 passed by the 3rd Respondent and the consequential impugned Reply dated 25.04.2016 bearing Memo No.23036/006333/Adml./A.4/FDV & AC/2015-6 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service and pass such further orders as may be fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
