When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition rejection order came to be passed and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
