Prayer:Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second and the third respondent herein in intercepting the plying of the petitioner's contract carriage Tourist Taxi Vehicles bearing Registration Nos.TN.01-V-7719, TN.01-W-4421, TN.02-Q-1744 and TN.02-P-7297 respectively in Erode District with reference to the petitioner representation dated 15.04.2016 to the first respondent.

C O M M O N O R D E R When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 12.06.2018 and 14.06.2018, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Today (27.06.2018) also when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.

In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
