PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to pass an appropriate order or direction directing the respondent to file final report in Crime No.90 of 2019 dated 14.02.2019 before the concerned Court within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.90 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 14.02.2019, no final report is filed till date.

3. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
