This original petition has been filed under section 56 (2) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015.

2. The petitioners are the adoptive parents and the respondents are the natural parents of the minor child, G.Vinnarasi, who born on 27.10.2017. The respondents 1 and 2 have given their consent for adoption. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the original Adoption Deed dated 15.11.2017 as Ex.P6 and Declaration of Willingness to accept the office of the guardian of the person and the parents of the minor child G.Vinnarasi as Ex.P7.

3. The consent affidavits of the first respondent/natural father and the second respondent/natural mother of the minor child have been marked as Exs.P8 and P9. The Family Card and Adhaar Cards of the petitioners have also been produced and the same have been marked as Exs.P2, P3 and P4. The petitioner has deposed the effect that he would be able to take care of the minor child and the adoption will be for the welfare of the minor child. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Considering the said evidence, I find that the petitioners are entitled to appoint as Guardians of the minor child and the minor child is entitled to all the legal rights including the natural right of the daughter. In fine, this original petition is allowed as prayed for.
