Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Declaration, declaring the notice of the 2nd respondent dated 21.09.2011 in Letter No.U.22(A) C.No.944/2011 is null and void and unenforceable and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's premises bearing Old No.36, Ranganathan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600017 by permitting the petitioner to continue their business at the aforesaid property.
