Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous petition subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the High Court Advocates' Clerk Association within a period of two weeks from today.
