ORDER

The petitioner along with his mother availed mortgage loan for a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- from the second respondent and the petitioner remitted a a sum of Rs.50,000/- on 28.08.2012. On 16.06.2015, the first respondent informed the petitioner that his house is brought for auction and therefore, the petitioner filed an application under RTI Act to get the information about the details regarding the auction. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

17.07.2015 to the first respondent seeking to furnish the copy of the order made in 1670/2002-2003.

Heard the parties. Since the petitioner has given only a representation on 17.7.2015 seeking the order copy made 1670/20022003, this Court directs the first respondent to furnish the copy of the order made in 1670/2002-2003 and other connected details within two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of the order. 3.
