O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.77 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

The entire allegation made in the FIR appears to have arisen out of a petty quarrel between the defacto complainant and the petitioner for letting the Dog in the premises by the defacto complainant which was questioned by the petitioner who happened to be the son of the landlord.

The defacto complainant/second respondent submitted that she has compromised with the petitioner and no longer interested to prosecute the matter. A Joint Memo of Compromise https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has been filed before this Court which have been signed by the petitioners and the second respondent and also by their respective counsel. All the parties are present and identified by their respective counsel and the Police. In order to identify the respective parties, they have also produced the copies of the Aadhaar Card are made part of the record. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.
4. Under such circumstances, as the entire dispute arose out of a petty quarrel and the offence alleged is not of serious one and have no impact on the society, accepting the submission of the defacto complainant/second respondent the entire FIR stands quashed.
5. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and as a sequel, the proceedings in Crime No.77 of 2022, on the file of the Inspector of Police, S-9, Pazhavanthangal Police Station, Chennai is quashed and the terms of Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of this Order.
