C.S.No.229 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.,J Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". It is pointed out that there is an omission in mentioning the Survey Numbers in Item - 1 to the schedule which is given in paragraph 9 of the order dated 29.10.2020.

2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 29.10.2020, passed in C.S.No.229 of 2020, paragraph 9 of the order shall stand substituted as follows:

"9.The two items of property, as described in the plaint are as follows:- "Schedule Item 1 All that piece and parcel of the Agricultural / vacant land situated at Moolacheri Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District (now Chengalpattu District) comprised in Survey No.3/1B, measuring an extent of 26.50 cents, Survey No.3/1G, measuring an extent of 26.50 cents, Survey No.5/1, measuring to an extent of 81.00 cents,

Survey No.5/4, measuring an extent of 107.00 cents, Survey No.5/3B, measuring an extent of 24.00 cents, Survey No.5/3C, measuring an extent of 38.00 cents, Survey No.5/3A & 5/3D, measuring an extent of 39.00 cents, Survey No.4/3, measuring an extent of 108.00 cents, Survey No.4/6A, measuring an extent of 27.50 cents, Survey No.1/3, measuring an extent of 23.00 cents. Survey No.1/7, measuring an extent of 66.00 cents, Survey No.1/8, measuring an extent of 37.00 cents, Survey No.3/2, measuring an extent of 64.00 cents, Survey No.4/6B, measuring an extent of 27.00 cents, Survey No.4/4, measuring an extent of 106.00 cents, Survey No.4/5, measuring an extent of 46.00 cents, Survey No.1/1, measuring an extent of 23.00 cents, Survey No.1/2, measuring an extent of 20.00 cents, Survey No.3/3, measuring an extent of 50.00 cents, Survey No.3/4, measuring an extent of 52.00 cents, Survey No.3/5, measuring an extent of 47 cents and total extent of 1038.50 cents and situated within the registration District of Chennai South and Sub Registration District of Pallavaram.

Market value of this property is Rs.7,80,00,000/-

Item 2 All that piece and parcel of the Agricultural/vacant land situated at Ponmar Village, Tirupporur Taluk (now Vandalur Taluk), Kancheepuram District (now Chengalpattu District) comprised in Survey No.415/2A measuring an extent of 6.00 cents, Survey No.412/6, measuring an extent of 8.00 cents, Survey No.418/2 measuring to an extent of 4.00 cents, total extent of 18.00 cents and situated within the registration District of Chennai South and Sub Registration District of Guduvanchery.

Market value of this property is Rs.36,00,000/- Total value of item 1 and 2 is Rs.8,16,00,000/-"

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 29.10.2020, shall remain intact. Necessary corrections to be made by the Registry and fresh order copy issued by 16.03.2021.
