This Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein (2nd respondent therein in WP.No.6023 of 2019) herein for having committed contempt of Court for his wilful disobedience of the interim orders dated 01.03.2019 and extended until further orders by an order dated 05.04.2019 passed in W.M.P.No.6848 of 2019 in W.P.No.6023 of 2019.

ORDER

This Court while ordering Statutory notice to the respondent on 09.07.2019 made it clear that if the stay order is implemented by the respondent, before the next adjournment date, the contemnor need not appear before this Court.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor would submit that the stay order has been complied with.
