The petition to complete the investigation and file final report within a reasonable time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that based on the complaint, the respondent police has commenced investigation, but, when the petitioner/complainant was asked to provide property particulars, he has not sofar furnished the same. Due to his non co-operation, the respondent police is unable to complete the investigation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that if any summon issued for production of documents, the petitioner will be ready to cooperate with the investigation.

4. In view of the above said fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation. and on production of the necessary documents, respondent police is further directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months and file final report.
