Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 1st respondent vide Order No.3753/DCE/S2/FL 2/2003-04, dated 12.04.2021, and quash the same and further direct the respondents to renew the FL 2 license for the M/s.Kanagalingam Wines, License No.(59/FL.2), situated at Lingareddy Palayam, Katterikuppam, Puducherry, for the academic year 2020-2021 and for the consecutive years, on giving due consideration over the relaxation on the statutory limitation period given during COVID pandemic.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
