For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 04.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.4990 of 2022, the Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that as per award in L.A.O.P.No.10 of 2017, a sum of Rs.1,38,18,069/- was deposited before the 1st Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode through HDFC Bank, Erode vide Cheque No.001734 dated 30.06.2023 and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court. Hence, no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
