This Criminal miscellaneous petition is filed for extension of time.

2.By order dated 31.01.2022 in Crl.R.C.No.878 of 2020, this Court issued a direction that the petitioner has to pay the balance amount of Rs.10 Lakhs towards compensation to the respondent/complainant, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The learned counsel on either side would submit that beyond the time limit the petitioner paid the amount to the respondent, therefore, the order has been now complied with.

4.Therefore, the time is extended till the date of which the payment was made and the compliance of the order dated 31.01.2022 is recorded.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
