W.M.P.No.19306 of 2026 in W.P.No.44111 of 2025 P.T.ASHA, J., The petitioner herein who is the 1st respondent in W.P.No.44111 of 2025, has filed the above miscellaneous petition to delete his name from the cause title, alleging he is not a necessary party.

2. Mr.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for Ms.C.G.Athisaya appearing for the writ petitioner, has not offered any objection in allowing the above petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the other side have not offered any objection, the above miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to suitably amend the petition and post the writ petition for hearing on 16.06.2026.
