This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.582 of 2015 from the file of 3rd respondent to any other agency with a direction to complete investigation within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, there is a case in Crime No.582 of 2015 and a counter case in Crime No.583 of 2015, for offences under Section 294 [b], 324 and 506[ii] IPC.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation is almost complete in both the cases and final report is to be filed.

5. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other agency. It is always open to the petitioner to get into the witness box and to give evidence properly, so that the Trial Court can appreciate the evidence in the right perspective.
