This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against her brother on 11.09.2015 alleging that, he is disturbing her possession of the property. The complaint does not disclose the date on which, the incident had occurred. The dispute is essentially between brother and sister. 4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
