ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Omalur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.169 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Sunilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed for recovery of possession in the year 2022. Thereafter, the defendants remained ex-parte and have not cooperated with the trial proceedings. Hence, he prayed for speedy disposal of O.S.No.169 of 2022.

4. Considering the fact that the suit has been pending since the year 2022, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs. 22-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MPA
