(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.31087 of 2012, dated 12.04.2013.

2. Mr. M.Naveen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent bank is keeping the cheque ready in respect of the entire amount after deducting TDS and therefore, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Mr. Jayesh B. Dolia, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank also submitted that the respondent bank is keeping the payment ready and the petitioner can collect the cheque any time.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent-bank is keeping the payment ready by way of cheque after deducting the TDS, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
