(CR.NO. 145 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the petitioners to execute the bail bonds before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Senthurai in Crl.OP.NO. 9303/2022 dated 25.04.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.ILLANCHEZIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 25.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9303 of 2022 to execute bail bonds.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 30.05.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
