This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the History / Rowdy sheet in H.S.No.1 of 2010, on the file of the Inspector of Police, B1, Thiruvallur Town Police Station, Thiruvallur District.

2. A perusal of the facts as mentioned in the petition, it is clear that there is no new case pending or registered as against the petitioner after the year 2010.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also on verification from instructions confirms the said fact. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In that view of the matter, a detailed directions given by this Court in Sabari Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Police and others (W.P.(MD).No.19651 of 2017). The respondents are liable to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on the following terms:
