ORDER

Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application dated 02.11.2015 of the petitioner for sub division in respect of 3036 sq.ft., in R.S.No.164/1 and 165/1A2 - Block No.15, T.S.No.43, bearing Door No.63, Abdul Razack Garden, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 106.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's application dated 02.11.2015, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. 4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 02.11.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 02.11.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
