(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner made in the representation dated 21.09.2013 seeking removal of encroachments allegedly made by respondent nos.5 and 6 to the extent of 80 cents in 'Muthan Pond' in S.F.No.153/2, Kallanathan Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Villupuram District, on inspection is found to be incorrect by the Tahsildar / 4th respondent and an affidavit to that effect has been filed affirmed on 17.01.2014.

2.In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
